Well folks, it’s finally here: the final episode… OF THE YEAR. We decided to give you one final AKOP before we take a break, and what an episode it is! Welcome! It’s almost Halloween and we are counting down the days with our last horror-themed episode. This week, we have special guest Rizielde Roculan who challenges us to 31 days of horror. Rizie has taken on 31 days/31 horror movies and we go through all the movies she’s seen so far. How many has Shawn seen? How many has Earl seen? TIFF 2013 – Days 4 to 9

With over 300 films and only eleven days, you’d think there’d be no time for All Kinds of Philler! This is the second episode of our coverage of the Toronto International Film Festival, with Earl bringing in Christine, a new guest to the show. They discuss their festival experiences so far and the movies they’ve enjoyed, such as Canopy, The Double, and Noah. They also talk about Spike Jonze, Jim Jarmusch, all over a wildly mismatched soundtrack, thanks to the bookstore’s PA system. (Note: Recorded at a bookstore, so you can ignore some ambient noise in the background.)
