Early Adopters & Summer Blockbusters

On this episode we take it easy and do a two-fer episode for y’all! It’s been a crazy summer for us, and in the theatres, so we get to talking about all of the summer blockbusters we’ve seen or failed to see, as well as revisit some of the ones we talked about in older episodes. Also, we get into the new phone announcements from Samsung and Apple, and dig into the idea of early adopters. And along the way, Shawn explains his Cartman impression, and Earl tries to break out of his need for structure.

Riffing on TIFF 2014

This week Earl and Shawn head to the red carpet at TIFF 2014! The AKOP crew hang out to see a couple films and record this episode live, leading to all sorts of crazy stories. Combat, Competition, and Capcom
